Rejuva Fresh is a U.S.-based developer and manufacturer of professional aesthetic equipment. Our equipment is developed and engineered in the United States by Rejuva Fresh and manufactured through qualified manufacturing facilities in the United States and South Korea according to Rejuva Fresh’s unique product requirements, engineering specifications and quality standards.
This collaborative manufacturing approach allows Rejuva Fresh to combine our U.S.-based product development and engineering with specialized manufacturing expertise and advanced production capabilities. Rejuva Fresh also takes full ownership of the quality process. Through rigorous on-site inspection protocols, we ensure uncompromising compliance with design specifications. By actively optimizing production efficiency, we deliver continuous improvements that keep your technology at the forefront of the industry.
Upon departing the factory, all equipment undergoes rigorous double quality control inspections at a central Rejuva Fresh facility prior to dispatch to our global warehouses. Furthermore, Rejuva Fresh Reliability Engineers conduct regular, unannounced audits at manufacturing sites to guarantee compliance with our premium standards.
Approximately 90% of the parts used in the production of our equipment are manufactured within the manufacturing facilities producing Rejuva Fresh equipment. This provides greater control over component quality, production consistency and integration throughout the manufacturing process. Other specialized components and technologies are carefully selected from qualified suppliers based on Rejuva Fresh’s engineering, performance, reliability and quality requirements. Depending on the product, these components may be provided by specialized suppliers in the United States and other countries, including Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and South Korea
Notice: Our machine designs are manufactured exclusively for Rejuva Fresh by our partner factories, backed by strict NDAs and exclusivity agreements. Consequently, authorized equipment sales are restricted solely to Rejuva Fresh's official US and global websites, along with our carefully selected distribution partners.

Let's take a look at the process for manufacturing a high-quality beauty machine.
The initial production step involves constructing a fireproof and extremely durable box air freight box. Construction is from metal & wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside. The box is made from metal and wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside, and has solid 1mm black fireproof exterior coating outside, and the center is 13mm solid wood.

We also manufacture the thick fire resistant foam that goes inside the box for further protection. The production line in the picture is responsible for cutting the foam into the appropriate shape:

Here we see the factory workers will insert the foam materials into the box and secure them with ample and powerful adhesive.

Now let's understand the main line of production for Rejuva Fresh professional aesthetic machines.
The following images showcase the workshop where metal components for Rejuva Fresh equipment are manufactured.

Let's take a comprehensive look at these machines which manufacture the metal parts for Rejuva Fresh aesthetic machines.

A total of 321 such machines operate around the clock to produce the necessary metal components for our aesthetic equipment.
The produced metal parts will be stored in batches in our parts warehouse:

The remaining approximately 10% consists primarily of specialized components and technologies that are carefully selected from qualified suppliers based on Rejuva Fresh’s engineering, performance, reliability and quality requirements. In many cases, these components are produced by manufacturers that specialize in a particular technology or component.
For example, the laser arms shown here are manufactured in South Korea by an exclusive specialized supplier and selected for use in Rejuva Fresh equipment based on the requirements of the system.

Every year, we purchase thousands of these arms.
In addition to the metal machine parts, the most important thing is the "skeleton" of the machine. Next picture is the workshop that independently produces these skeletons:

The next step is the actual assembly of our professional beauty machine.

Now we visit the final finished product factory and machine function testing workshop.

Once production and final assembly are complete, the equipment undergoes Rejuva Fresh quality-control procedures before being packaged and shipped to the client.
