Shipping policy
Professional & Reliable Logistics:
Our team has more than 10 years of trade import/export experience, and we have successfully exported to more than 85 countries worldwide.
Our packaging process is as follows: Following QC testing, each Rejuva Fresh machine is packed in a super durable air freight box made from metal & wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside. The box has solid 1mm black fireproof exterior coating outside, and the center is 13mm solid wood. Only our company uses the extremely solid 13mm thick box (others use a 3 - 5mm thick box or only a paper box.)
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you provide a PO as your shipping address, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund of the full amount you paid minus transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%). Please provide a physical shipping address such as a home or office address.
Free Shipping within USA & Worldwide:
If your shipping address is in the continental USA, delivery is FREE, no minimums. We also understand that everyone worldwide also loves free shipping, and we are here to serve our clients globally. Therefore we make the buying process easier and happier, by giving all orders worldwide FREE delivery.
Warehouses in Many US States, Canada, Europe, Australia & UK:
We have warehouses in many states, including Georgia, California, and New Jersey. If your delivery address is within the continental USA, you can count on receiving your machine very promptly.
Exclusive Premium UPS International Fast Shipping:
Starting in 2025, Rejuva Fresh is pleased to announce that we have formed an exclusive partnership with UPS International, and now we can provide premium international shipping arrangements that are normally only available only for selected major pharmaceutical companies. Suppliers of machines generally can’t get access to this service.
With this new premium service, Rejuva Fresh medical grade beauty machines now can enjoy 1-2 day door-to-door delivery (1-2 days from the time we give UPS your package). Premium UPS service is available for many countries and timing is subject to variability due to customs clearance variations.

Which couriers are used for delivery?
Orders are shipped by UPS, DHL, FedEx, Yanwen, and/or by your domestic couriers, depending on your country and region.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website: Track Order. Or you can use the shipping carrier's website, as you prefer.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
For USA clients, we keep a large stock of inventory within the United States. In general, all USA orders will be shipped directly from within United States. For products that become out of stock in our USA warehouses, orders will potentially be sent from overseas to avoid delay, usually by UPS express, however Rejuva Fresh always handles the import clearance. USA clients do not need to pay customs duties.
Rejuva Fresh is also pleased to offer tax free delivery to more than 43 countries, including complete customs clearance service, to the following countries on the list below. This list is not exclusive and is also subject to change without notice. Please contact us for more details or to to verify eligibility.
Liquid Delivery
Notice: For international shipments (shipping address other than USA), liquids and gels are shipped separately from equipment. Liquids and gels cannot be shipped together with your machine and will arrive separately. No exceptions. Also, only delivery of equipment is duty tax free. Delivery of liquids and gels may be subject to import taxes for non-USA clients, even those clients located in countries on the below list.

Eligible for tax-free delivery of equipment:
If your shipping address is in one of the countries below (“LIST A”) your packages will, as a general rule, be shipped from within the country/region. And regardless, for these countries, currently all equipment deliveries are import tax for the buyer.

For deliveries to all other countries not in the above LIST A, the customer is, by default, responsible for customs clearance, including payment of relevant import taxes.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you place an order, processing begins and this usually takes 1-5 business days. In some situations, such as a period when inventory replenishment is in process, processing times could be longer. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location. If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location. Alternatively you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:
Transit time for in stock products to the following countries will be approximately 1-5 business days.
- USA (continental)
Transit time for in stock products to other countries on LIST A (above) will be approximately 3-10 business days.
Transit time for in stock products to most other countries will be approximately 8-25 business days. If your location is not listed on LIST A, we may still be able to ship to your address, and you can contact us to confirm and to find out the approximate shipping time and any additional costs.
Machines that are made to order by our factory will take approximately 10-20 business days.
Shipping Delays:
Rejuva Fresh is not responsible in the event your package is not received within the time frames estimated above, as there can be unforeseen delays caused by third party couriers. Therefore, no refunds will be provided based on reasonable delays in shipping (reasonable is defined as maximum 45 calendar days from the date of order).
We try to exceed your expectations and deliver without delay. Thank you for your understanding.
Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:
Rejuva Fresh is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, should such damage or loss occur during the shipping process handled by third party couriers. The courier is responsible.
Therefore, please understand that no automatic refunds will made in event that a package is lost, stolen during the shipping process. However, we will file a claim with the relevant courier, including submission of all required documentation, to recover any lost items. We guarantee that you will receive your order.
Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage to us within 7 calendar days of delivery (including photos of the product and of the packaging, as well as a video) to be eligible for a free replacement. To report a damaged item, please email support@rejuvafresh.com. For more information, read our Warranty Policy.
Re-routed or Refused Packages:
Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.
Please do not refuse any delivery unless advised by us to do so. In some cases refused deliveries are destroyed. Orders for which delivery is refused by you on your own (for any reason, including your perception that their are apparent shipping damages) will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.
Import Tariff Refusals and Customs Clearance for Non-Tax Free Destinations:
If your shipping address country is not on LIST A (above), the buyer is responsible for clearing customs. In such cases, if your package is refused by the customs authorities in your country and cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund after return fees are paid by you, the buyer. The return fee for this situation is 60% of the order value, which accounts for high return shipping costs, high carrier return charges, government charges, potential tariffs, and administrative costs. Because of these high costs, please ensure you can clear customs before ordering. If you decide to cancel your order after placement, Shopify Payments, our card payment processor, as well as PayPal, do not refund any card or PayPal processing fees nor currency conversion fees, and therefore a non-negotiable 7.9% will be deducted from your refund for this case.
Verified Signature on Delivery:
Please note that all packages require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery. Delivery couriers are asked to check your ID to be sure it’s you or your designated person who is receiving the package. Please make sure you or someone responsible is at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery.
