Factories
Rejuva Fresh LLC, based in the United States, contracts with top factories in the United States and in Asia to manufacture the all the machines we design.
When it comes to producing, we don’t simply act as contract manufacturer - we own the quality process. Our team enforces strict compliance with our design specifications through frequent, in-depth, on-site inspections. Furthermore, we actively look for new opportunities to optimize production and upgrade efficiency, ensuring your machines are always market-leading.
Once any machine leaves a factory, one of Rejuva Fresh’s central inspection facilities carefully performs double quality control checks before sending it out to one of our global warehouses. Rejuva Fresh Reliability Engineers also frequently visit each of the factories to do random quality inspections to ensure our premium standards are met.
Parts used to manufacture Rejuva Fresh brand machines are of impeccable quality, manufactured within the same factories mentioned above, to meet our high standards, or are imported from other certified factories in the United States, Germany, Japan or Korea. Rejuva Fresh LLC holds multiple shape patents and 19 registered trademarks in Asia, and more than 10 registered trademarks in US and Europe.
Notice: The collaborating factories manufacture our machine designs only for our company. We have signed NDAs and exclusive contracts with these factories. Only Rejuva Fresh’s US and global websites, as well as carefully selected Rejuva Fresh distributors, are authorized to sell our equipment.

Let's take a look at the process for manufacturing a high-quality beauty machine.
The initial production step involves constructing a fireproof and extremely durable box air freight box. Construction is from metal & wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside. The box is made from metal and wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside, and has solid 1mm black fireproof exterior coating outside, and the center is 13mm solid wood.

We also manufacture the thick fire resistant foam that goes inside the box for further protection. The production line in the picture is responsible for cutting the foam into the appropriate shape:

Here we see the factory workers will insert the foam materials into the box and secure them with ample and powerful adhesive.

Now let's understand the main line of production for our professional beauty machines.
90% of the parts used to construct each of our machines are produced in house. This is actually an important aspect of the contracts we make with factories. Not only the outer shell but most of the machines core parts must be produced according to our design and made within the same facility so we can directly monitor and batch check.
This next images showcase the workshop where metal machine parts are manufactured.

Let's take a comprehensive look at these machines which manufacture the metal parts for Rejuva Fresh aesthetic machines.

A total of 321 such machines operate around the clock to produce the necessary metal components for our aesthetic equipment.
The produced metal parts will be stored in batches in our parts warehouse:

The 90% of parts we produce, as stated before, leaves 10% unaccounted for. the raw materials for the the remaining parts may, for the time being, be too costly for us to contact manufacture or have other limitations. An example of such a part is the laser machine arm in the boxes in the picture, which we purchase from South Korea.

Every year, we purchase thousands of these arms.
In addition to the metal machine parts, the most important thing is the "skeleton" of the machine. Next picture is the workshop that independently produces these skeletons:

The next step is the actual assembly of our professional beauty machine.

Now we visit the final finished product factory and machine function testing workshop.

Now we are ready to pack it into the box and prepare to send it out to our QC inspection facility in Shenzhen.
