Optional Annual On-Site Coverage

For additional coverage in the continental United States, optional plans include:

• $2,500 per year: Coverage for one identified machine.
• $4,900 per year: Coverage for up to three identified machines.

Plans run for 12 months from payment and include unlimited eligible visits and eligible pre-existing issues, subject to plan terms. An initial remote evaluation is required before dispatch.

Shipping Included for Approved Warranty Actions

During the first four years, Rejuva Fresh covers shipping for approved warranty actions, including eligible replacement parts and, when an approved replacement machine is provided, return shipping of the original machine and delivery of its replacement.

Free replacement-machine eligibility is discretionary and extends through 24 months after delivery, subject to warranty terms.

Training and Operational Guidance

Receive equipment training and guidance to help your team understand operation, treatment settings, and care procedures. Remote technical support is available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM Eastern Time.

All internal troubleshooting and repairs must be directed by Rejuva Fresh. Any technician working on the equipment must be supervised by our team through Zoom.

OnShape Pro™ operates at 2.45 GHz, a microwave frequency also used by DEKA ONDA systems. Shared frequency does not establish identical engineering, energy distribution, clinical performance, or proprietary technology.
