Rejuva Fresh LLC is a U.S.-based developer and manufacturer of professional aesthetic equipment.

Each of our machines begin with Rejuva Fresh product development and engineering in the United States. We develop our equipment according to unique specific requirements, unique engineering objectives, and unique performance standards and design specifications.

Rejuva Fresh equipment is created according to Rejuva Fresh's unique product requirements and specifications and is NEVER selected from a publicly available catalog and rebranded.

Once a product has been developed, Rejuva Fresh works with qualified factory partners to produce the equipment specifically for Rejuva Fresh. Our current manufacturing network includes contracted facilities in the United States and South Korea only.

This manufacturing model allows Rejuva Fresh to combine U.S.-based machine development and engineering with specialized factory production capabilities while maintaining complete control over the specifications and quality requirements of the finished equipment.

Rejuva Fresh Uniquely Developed Products

Rejuva Fresh equipment is created according to Rejuva Fresh's unique product requirements and specifications and is NEVER selected from a publicly available catalog and rebranded.

Our machines are developed for Rejuva Fresh based on our product requirements, specifications and design objectives. We then work with qualified factory partners here in United States and in South Korea capable of producing the equipment according to those requirements.

The distinction between product development and physical manufacturing is important.

A company does not need to own every manufacturing facility or manufacture every individual component itself in order to develop and manufacture a finished product.  Similarly, Apple doesn’t own every manufacturing facility.

Rejuva Fresh's role includes product development, engineering, specification, manufacturing requirements, quality standards and oversight of the finished equipment.

Our factory partners provide specialized production capabilities and manufacture Rejuva Fresh equipment according to Rejuva Fresh requirements.

In simple terms:

Rejuva Fresh as the manufacturer develops the unique product.

Rejuva Fresh as the manufacturer establishes the unique specifications.

Qualified factory partners in United States and South Korea produce the unique equipment only for Rejuva Fresh.

Rejuva Fresh maintains complete quality control and product oversight.

Understanding Rejuva Fresh's Manufacturing Model

One common misconception about product manufacturing is that a company must manufacture every component in-house, or own the factory where every part of its product is produced, in order to be the developer and manufacturer of the finished product.

Modern technology and medical-aesthetic equipment companies commonly work with specialized suppliers and factory partners.

The important distinction is between developing and specifying a finished product and simply purchasing an existing finished product for resale.

Think About It Like Apple

A familiar example is Apple.

Apple’s products are unique.  Similarly, Rejuva Fresh products are unique.

Apple designs and develops its products while relying on a large network of specialized suppliers and factory partners around the world. Individual components are made by third-party suppliers and incorporated into finished Apple products.

The fact that an individual component may come from a third-party supplier does not mean that an iPhone is an off-the-shelf product that Apple purchased from that supplier and rebranded.

The finished product exists because of Apple's product development, engineering, specifications, system integration, software, design, testing and quality requirements.

Rejuva Fresh follows the same fundamental manufacturing principle, although on a different scale and with a different supply chain.

Rejuva Fresh develops and engineers its professional aesthetic equipment and establishes the product specifications and requirements under which contracted factory partners produce the unique finished equipment.

The Same Principle Applies to Professional Aesthetic Equipment

The medical-aesthetic equipment industry also relies on complex supply chains.

Companies such as Lumenis and Candela manufacture sophisticated professional systems that incorporate components, technologies and subassemblies produced by specialized suppliers.  Rejuva Fresh operates according to this same fundamental manufacturing model.

A finished aesthetic system is not defined simply by whether every component was manufactured by the company whose name appears on the equipment.

What matters is the development and integration of the finished system, including its engineering, specifications, system architecture, controls, testing, quality requirements and overall product design.

Where Are Rejuva Fresh Machines Manufactured?

Rejuva Fresh equipment are physically produced through contracted factory facilities in the United States and South Korea.

The specific manufacturing location can vary (United States or South Korea) by product and production requirements.

Our factory partners produce our unique equipment only for Rejuva Fresh and 100% in accordance with Rejuva Fresh unique specifications, unique engineering requirements and unique quality standards.

Note:  Rejuva Fresh does not currently produce any completed machines in China.

Again, it is important to distinguish the manufacturing location of a completed machine from the country of origin of individual components.

What About Components From Other Suppliers?

Modern professional equipment is built from many different components and subassemblies.

Depending on the product, Rejuva Fresh may source individual components or specialized parts from qualified suppliers in the United States and other countries, including South Korea, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom.

This is a normal part of most all sophisticated product manufacturing.

Component sourcing is not the same as finished-product sourcing.

A finished professional aesthetic system involves much more than its individual components. Product development includes the selection and integration of components, system architecture, engineering specifications, controls, software where applicable, mechanical and electrical integration, testing, quality requirements and overall product design.

Rejuva Fresh-developed equipment is created as a complete system uniquely for Rejuva Fresh according to our unique equipment design requirements.

Rejuva Fresh Machines are Uniquely Designed 

Rejuva Fresh equipment is created according to Rejuva Fresh's unique product requirements and specifications.  Rejuva Fresh NEVER purchases any existing finished aesthetic machine from a publicly available catalog or marketplace.

Our manufacturing model is 100% based on having Rejuva Fresh uniquely developed products manufactured only for Rejuva Fresh, according to the unique specifications our U.S. engineers create.

The presence of third-party components obviously does not make the finished product an off-the-shelf machine.  Similarly, manufacturers such as Candela and Lumenis, also use third-party components in their manufacturing processes.

What matters is who developed the finished product, established its requirements and specifications, directed its manufacturing requirements, and controls the finished product's quality and performance standards.

A Manufacturing Approach Used Across Modern Technology

Using specialized manufacturing partners is not unusual among major technology and equipment companies.

Apple, an example we mentioned above, also publicly describes a global supply chain in which Apple designs its products while working with suppliers and manufacturing partners around the world. The presence of external suppliers does not mean that an Apple product is simply an off-the-shelf product purchased from a supplier and rebranded by Apple.

Rejuva Fresh follows the same fundamental principle: the use of specialized manufacturing partners does not change who develops and specifies the finished product.

Apple’s products are unique.  Similarly, Rejuva Fresh products are unique.

Rejuva Fresh develops its equipment and establishes the unique requirements under which our factory partners produce it.

The scale and structure of Apple's global supply chain are different from Rejuva Fresh's manufacturing network. The comparison is about the manufacturing principle, not an assertion that the two companies have identical supply chains.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Manufacturing is only one part of the Rejuva Fresh product-development process.

Our factory partners are required to produce equipment according to Rejuva Fresh unique specifications and unique quality requirements.

Depending on the product, the manufacturing and quality process can include:

Rejuva Fresh maintains oversight of the quality process and works with its manufacturing partners to ensure that completed equipment conforms to the applicable Rejuva Fresh requirements before shipment.

Individual components may come from specialized suppliers around the world. That is a normal characteristic of modern equipment manufacturing.   None of Rejuva Fresh systems are purchased as an off-the-shelf machine.

Components may be sourced. Rejuva Fresh products are uniquely developed, specified and manufactured only for Rejuva Fresh.
