Love using my personal EMShape Neo, about 45 minutes on my abs and buttocks. Twice per week. That’s what they recommend and I am actually seeing fantastic results after only 5 weeks. I totally recommend the machine as it’s easy to operate and energy is more than sufficient!
Delivered fast to me in Florida. Very attractive and they teach you how to use it too. After only a week and using it twice I am not sure that I can see any improvement yet but I definitely feel it! Each time I am a little sore actually, but good!
I ordered the personal EMShape and the 6 in 1 cavitation machine for fat blasting. I love them both! Also I must say the training was great and they answered all my questions.

This unit says Personal but trust me it’s very strong, 70% is maximum for me after 2 months using.

I was expected some muscle toning/strengthening and I'm half way through the program and cannot tell any difference. I was advised a full program for this weaker machine (3000W) is 2xweek at 45 min. each time x 2 weeks is 1 cycle and you need 8 cycles. So 16 weeks of treatment = 32 treatments to notice a difference, so anyone using this in a spa would be useless. Who's going to pay that much and dedicate that amount of time. I have it for home use and it's a big heavy machine that I was expecting stronger contractions from and I expected to feel that the muscle had been worked after and I did not. They informed me sometimes you don't feel it but it's still working...I had it on the highest 100% manual setting. I asked multiple times for research studies on this machine and never received them. It was suggested to watch your diet and try sliming cream if I didn't like the results. The purpose was to build strength! My VMO muscle is very weak/flaccid and still is. Don't waste your money on this machine. Possibly the higher end machines work better.

Visible results typically begin to appear 2 to 4 weeks after your final session of each course of treatment, and full results often become most apparent 2 to 3 months later, as the body gradually flushes out fat cells and builds muscle. This machine works by stimulating your muscles to move on their own and it eliminates the need for strenuous workouts at the gym or enhances the results—you can perform autonomous muscle movements while lying in bed or on the couch, even while watching TV. It's really not possible for it not to have any effect, and if you perceive you still perceive no results after the amount of time mentioned above, please consult our training staff again.

Rejuva has great products and this EMShape Neo is no exception, but I do wish it has a faster result. Even though the workout feels strong, you don’t see results in the mirror until weeks later. I am not patient, I would prefer an instant result. I hope they come out with that version soon.
