Wang provided great training; he was clear and precise. After the session, I felt confident using the Hydro Dermabrasion Machine, so I tried it on my relatives. Great machine, wonderful results. after receiving wonderful step by step training which is included with purchase, the machine was actually simple to use. Thanks Rejuva Fresh
The machine came with 6 treatment caps for the exfoliation wand but no instructions as to what the different caps should be used for. Each plastic treatment cap has different swirl designs in it. The ultrasound wand does not warm up at all so I’m assuming it doesn’t work, the suction is so strong on my machine that I have to keep it very low in order for it to glide over skin without producing blood dots, redness and bruising. I followed the instructions to clean the machine but I could only get it to suck the cleaning solution through by holding my finger over the opening of the wand. I had to hold my finger over it for the entire cleaning cycle. The solutions are supposed to be 3 different ones for different skin types or concerns but the list of ingredients on bottle has exact same ingredients on each solution bottle. I have many years of experience doing hydrafacials but so far, I am unfortunately not impressed with this machine and instructions to use are very vague.

The quality is is excellent, if you need a portable hydrafacial machine I recommend it.
I’ve been using the Rejuva Fresh 3rd Gen in my mobile spa for 3 months already and I’m pleased with the quality facial treatments I’m able to perform. Rejuva Fresh is a wonderful US brand offering better quality with reasonable prices. Glad I found them in time!
I would say it is an excellent looking machine for the price point and works very well. However, the cold hammer does not stay cold so I'm a bit dissapointed. The stand is worth the money and makes the machine looks more professional.
3rd GEN is easy to use, easy to control suction. It’s a basic machine but it works good. I recommend.
