If your shipping address is within United States, you will not need to pay any import taxes on arrival, even in the case that we send your machine from overseas. ย How does this work? Starting in 2025, Rejuva Fresh is pleased to announce that we have formed an exclusive partnership with UPS International. ย If any USA import taxes are charged, our company is billed directly. ย You, the final receiver of the package, are not billed.

For orders sent from abroad to US shipping addresses, currently our tariff-free delivery service works like this: ย First, after triple inspection, your package is handed over to our premium logistics partner, which uses an independent customs broker. ย Once your package arrives near its final destination (your business or residence), the package is assigned a new tracking number, which is a UPS or FedEx tracking number, and UPS or FedEx deliver your package. ย  The first phase takes 5-10 business days and the second phase takes 2-5 business days. ย

Exclusive Premium UPS International Fast Shipping:

As mentioned above, starting in 2025, Rejuva Fresh is pleased to announce that we have formed an exclusive partnership with UPS International. ย As part of this partnership contract, we can now provide premium international shipping arrangements that are normally only available only for selected major pharmaceutical companies. ย  Suppliers of machines generally canโ€™t get access to this service.

With this new premium service, Rejuva Fresh medical grade beauty machines now can potentially enjoy 1-2 day door-to-door delivery (1-2 days from the time we give UPS your package). ย Premium UPS service is available for many countries and timing is subject to variability due to customs clearance variations. ย  Note: starting May 2, US customers must pay $1000-5000 for this 1-2 day fast delivery option if the shipment is from overseas. ย Default international shipping time ($0) is 5-15 business days, as explained above. ย And as mentioned above our US inventory is expanding.
